Parcels - At Last!
It's been a long time coming, but we will now be offering a parcel delivery service throughout the UK!
Check the "UK Parcels" page for more detail. We have taken a long time over this, we had to be sure we were offering the best combination of price and reliability to our customers. Will go live by the end of this month by the very latest. All the hard work has been done, it's just a matter of updating this site to reflect the new services available.

Our website is currently being upgraded. During this work there may be times when the site does not display pages correctly. Please be patient, it will only last for a short time. When complete, our new range of services will be incorporated into the site. Please check back with us soon.

We are currently testing & investigating the latest tracking systems. Our decision on which one is right for us will ultimately be based on which one we think is right for you. It is essential to us that you can use the system effortlessly, and that it gives you the additional confidence of knowing where your delivery is at any given time. And also where you're courier is when you need him. We will make an announcement on this probably early November. It may even reduce your insurance premiums. Watch this space!
Update!
We now have tracking systems fitted in a couple of vans, and hope to have all done by the end of November.

You can now check the progress of your delivery by clicking the Secure Payments/ Tracking tab. On the map you will be able to see where the van is at any given time. The position of the vehicle is updated every five minutes. We hope the tracking system will give you extra peace of mind.

JDC Express has now been operating for over a year. In the current market conditions, that in itself is something of an acheivement. However increased operating costs have had an impact on our business. To counter the rapidly increasing costs, we have had to make some changes to our day to day operations. we hope that most of our customers will not notice any difference in the service provided, but in some areas services may now be provided by a third party. We would hope that this change will have no impact whatsoever on our customers, but if it does for any reason, we would like to hear your feedback.

As a result of customer enquiries, we are now investigating the posibility of taking card payments over the phone, watch this space for further developments.
Announcements
We are now able to accept secure online payments of up to £100.00 via Nochex. To use this fast & efficient service, simply click the Secure Online Payments tab at the top of the page. If you already hold a Nochex account you can make a payment of up to £300 using this method.
You may also make payments of up to £500 using paypal, whether you have an account or not. Using these methods we can accept most credit or debit cards.
We have recently recently reached an agreement with several independant couriers based throughout the UK, to enable us to deliver non urgent items in mainland UK, at budget prices. This has already brought us business from 5 companies, dealing mainly in household goods.

As this part of the business grows, we continue to look for ways to improve it. To this end we are actively seeking secure storage facilities in 3 areas of the country.

As the result of a recent review, this area of operation is now sub contracted to a third party. This should not impact customers in any way.
